"Rally" is deliberate wordplay. It's the friends you rally together for a night out, and it's the cause you rally behind. We built a foundation where those two things are the same thing.
We noticed the same thing over and over: the fundraisers people actually wanted to attend weren't galas with silent auctions. They were the nights out they'd already be going to anyway. A trivia night. A rooftop happy hour. A 5K with friends.
So the two of us, Naomi and Ireland, started Rally Foundation to run those nights on purpose, with a charity partner attached to every single one. No separate "ask." No guilt-trip email the next morning. Just a good night that happens to raise real money for a cause that matters, close to home.
Rallying people together for a drink, a run, a laugh: that's the social half. Rallying support, dollars, and awareness for a cause: that's the charitable half. Every Rally event is built to do both at once, without one getting in the way of the other.
Fun gets people in the room. Transparency keeps them coming back: every dollar we raise is tracked, published, and sent straight to that event's charity partner, so you always know exactly where your money went.
The same three-step loop runs behind every event we throw, whether it's twenty people at a bar or two hundred at a gala.
We pick a format people actually want to show up for, like a happy hour, comedy night, charity run, or mixer, and partner with a venue willing to work with us on cost.
Ticket price, raffle, door split, sponsor match: each event has its own fundraising mechanism, set before a single ticket sells.
Net proceeds go to that event's charity partner within 30 days. We publish the final number on our Impact page, every time.
Writing a check matters. So does showing up. Rally events give people a reason to do both at once.
We publish what each event raised and where it went. No black box, no vague "impact" language.
We prioritize local and regional charity partners, organizations doing work you can see the results of.
The best way to understand Rally is to be in the room for one.
